The Samman Technical Coaching Society is a not-for-profit organization registered in Sweden. This privacy policy explains how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

We collect personal identification information: Name, email address, Company affiliation.
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide us with almost all the data we collect. We collect and process data when you:
- Register for an event hosted by us
- Sign up for our newsletter
- Use the contact form to get in touch with us
- Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies
How will we use your data?
The Samman Society collects your data so that we can:
- Send you information about the events you have signed up to attend
- Send you a newsletter with information about the society and from our sponsors
- Respond to your messages
How do we store your data?
We keep your data securely in the online tool Hubspot. Only members of the Samman Society Executive Board have access to this data. We will never sell your data to any third party.
Marketing
We would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our sponsors.
If you have agreed to receive our newsletter and marketing materials, you can always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. Every communication will provide a way to unsubscribe from future similar communications.
